1) I finished working out for the day. The work out this morning started my day off in the right direction and now I am motivated to try and put a large dent in school work today.
2) I ate healthy for the day and this gave me the energy to accomplish the many tasks ahead of me.
3) Completing three assignments for the morning was an accomplishment and allowed me to enjoy the rest of the afternoon.
I Did Not Get What I wanted When:
1) I haven't heard from my job interview and this is a job that I really wanted.
2) My car started to make a strange noise this morning.
3) I let the little things get to me at work and I get infuriated so easily.

I think it's interesting that each and everyone has their own different pursuits of happiness. I guess that is what makes each of us unique. Even if we look at things differently the end result is; our own happiness.
I like the tougue twister about being the best on your profile. I had to read it a couple of times..
I would not worry about the job interview. You seem like the type that usually gets what you want. If they knew you from class like your classmates do you would already have it.
I am glad the meal went well for you too. Food is an interesting topic for me. (Pause for emphasis) I have a great bedside manor regardless of how busy we have been or how aggravating the call is. However, I must confess that I get a little cranky if I miss a meal or reheat it for the fourth time. It seems that whenever we eat BLT's or some cheap meal to get our reserve up to celebrate and buy steaks, we never get to enjoy them. Consequently, I have never to this day, honestly, been interrupted while eating sloppy joes, pasta salad, or hotdogs. The second I throw manicotti in the oven, the three alarm hotel under construction gets dispatched. Go figure. :)
I like how you accomplished several things early in the day; setting a tone for the rest of the day. I know that when I do that for myself, I'm generally happier.
I'm glad to see there are others out there who hit the gym to start off the day.
For me, if I don't get there in the morning, for the rest of the day I seem to be a step behind where I should be.
It really starts the day off right, it can cover a couple of those happiness items (mine are freedom and power) and doesn't seem to work as well going in the afternoon.
I also feel better when I work out. It clears my mind and relaxes my body. I am not as disciplined as you. My mental intentions are good. I'll pack my workout bag with the intent on stopping by the gym on the way home from work, but then I start feeling tired and drive by it. Before I know it I am home. Oh well, I have homework to do anyway
